Welcome! Garden Apartment is located in the centre of Slunj, a pretty town on the D1 state road, notable for its lush greenery and fruit-brearing orchards. Less than 30m from the apartment are shops and a bus stop with connections to Karlovac, Zagreb, and the renowned Plitvice Lakes. The coastline of the Adriatic Sea is only 150m distance with a bathing resort 900m away and the famous watermill village of Rastoke is a walking-distance from the apartments. Just below us is the exceptionally clean river Slunjčica where you can enjoy nature, fishing and for romantic couples, take a stroll by the riverside.
Garden Apartment has its own free parking spaces and we offer free internet access. The apartment is fully equipped for a longer stay if you want to visit other famous destinations near to Slunj. Our top picks are the famous Plitvice Lakes set in a Croatian National Park. These lakes are recognised as an area of outstanding beauty and protected by UNESCO. They are only thirty minutes away by car.
We also suggest making the 100km trip to Zagreb, which is becoming a popular tourist destination. Sign up for one of the daily guided city tours.
